Southbound in California...

Sitting in San Diego right now for a few days, more precisely “Chula Vista”, awaiting for this final leg of what I feel a whirlwind passage through California. We sure have been moving around a lot lately. October will see us back at “The Oasis”, the weather should be by then cool enough to catch up on projects lingering now for years such as the Book, organizing our Smugmug Gallery and officially opening the “one-pan recipe” e-store maybe even mixed in with some cooking and camping gear well tried and proven to excel over…

   My son Curt and i just completed that ride  of 12000 miles and 5 weeks.I know a lot of people thought i was too old for that kind of trip but we did it.

  It was a trip of a lifetime and to be able to do it with your son when your 70 is a great feeling.

  We met many wonderful people and i want to thank again all those who came forward and hosted us for a night.

   We rode thru 20 states and 3 canadian providences. The scenery is breath taking. We had  2 very loaded…
